Spend the week studying at one of the most prestigious music schools in the world with faculty including William Kanengiser (USC Thornton School of Music, Los Angeles Guitar Quartet), Dr. Stephen Mattingly (Florida State University), director Dr. Christopher Wilke (CCM) and other renowned teachers. The Guitar Workshop at the University of Cincinnati is a true fantasy camp of enthralling concerts, inspiring masterclasses, the thrill of a massed guitar orchestra, fascinating lectures on guitar-related topics, and individualized coaches for your very own ensemble. The festivities conclude with a participants' extravaganza featuring YOU and your new friends performing solos, as well as in small groups and a large guitar orchestra. Playing guitar is fun. Playing guitar better is even more fun!!!
Open to players of any level, ages 14 and up. All levels welcome. No audition required.
